Focus at work is something I really have to work at personally, so I am always looking for resources on this topic. One of my big challenges is dealing with external distractions, but if I am being honest, a big part of being able to focus better at work is entirely internal.

There’s a saying: what you focus on grows. In fact, what you focus on can literally change your brain, and thus your behavior. Taking charge of your attention is your key to personal power and freedom. I read a LOT online and offline so I find listening to audiobooks is a great way to engage my brain while resting my eyes! Rapt was an informative and enjoyable book to listen to.
